2. Eligibility

Parigraha is intended for adults (18 years or older) seeking matrimonial alliances. You must provide accurate information and have the legal capacity to enter into marriage under applicable law.

3. Your profile

You are responsible for the accuracy of information in your profile, including photos, horoscope details and family contact numbers. Misrepresentation, impersonation, or use of another person's photos without consent may result in immediate account suspension.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not harass, spam or solicit members for non-matrimonial purposes.
• Do not scrape, reverse-engineer or overload our systems.
• Do not share contact details obtained through Premium with third-party brokers.
• Respect the cultural and family-oriented nature of the platform.

5. Premium subscriptions

Premium plans are billed in INR through our payment partner. Plans are non-transferable. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis for failed payments or duplicate charges. Plan features and pricing are listed on our Plans page.

6. Kundli & horoscope tools

Our kundli and Ashtakoota tools are provided for informational and cultural purposes. They are not a substitute for professional astrological or medical advice. Marriage decisions remain solely between you and your family.

7. Limitation of liability

Parigraha facilitates introductions but does not guarantee marriage outcomes. We are not liable for conduct of members offline or for disputes arising from matrimonial discussions.
